The marbled non-stick coating is enriched with granite pulp, thanks to which it acquires greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon, but at the same time it retains its advantages: it does not burn, it distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon vessels. It has all the advantages of Teflon, but it is more resistant to damage, surpassing even ceramic coatings.
