All orders are packaged safely and shipped to Poland and other European Union countries. We send parcels, depending on the size and choice of the customer, via a courier, Polish Post and to InPost parcel lockers.
Oversize and pallet shipments are priced individually and may change, which we inform about before completing the order. The valuation of standard parcels up to 30 kg and of standard dimensions is provided during the preparation of the order and depends on the type of carrier and weight.
In the case of multi-item purchases, shipped from different warehouses, shipping costs may add up.
Shipments outside the country are calculated and given during the order. It is difficult to present them on this page, because they depend on many variables: Delivery country, selected carrier, sizes, weight. The shipping price shown when ordering is indicative and may change in the case of parcels of unusual sizes or weight. We will inform you before shipping, leaving the decision to the customer.
Delivery time of the order:
Most parcels in Poland arrive two business days after ordering. However, in the case of products that we have in external warehouses, this time may be extended to 4-5 working days. Please take this possibility into account when making purchases.
We always inform you to the e-mail address provided by the customer that the package has been shipped. We provide the shipping number by which the customer can track his order on the websites of courier companies. If you notice any damage, you should unpack the shipment at the courier and ask him to draw up a damage report, which is an essential element when complaining about transport damage. We pack shipments reliably and such damage is extremely rare. We care about customer satisfaction, hoping that they will come back to us for their next shopping.
