Not every order will show the full selection of shipping methods.

This is due to the weight limits of the carriers and the sums insured for shipments offered by different carriers. All shipping methods that are possible with a specific order will appear to the customer's choice when finalizing the order.

 

The cost of shipping abroad depends on the place of delivery and will be calculated by the store when ordering. For shipments abroad, the store calculates the package up to a maximum of 30 kilograms. For purchases that require shipping in several packages, the shipping cost should be multiplied by the number of packages. The price of the package includes the cost of packaging, insurance and delivery. We try to send cash on delivery on the day of the order, while those with prepayment are sent on the day of receipt. Parcels sent by post and parcel machines usually reach customers within 48 hours of posting. GLS courier parcels usually reach customers within 24 hours of posting. Delivery time does not include holidays. Delivery times are not guaranteed. For various reasons beyond our control (snow on the road, accident, other random events), the Post Office and Couriers may deliver the package with a one-day delay, or in drastic cases longer. From the moment of shipment, the carrier is the responsibility of the GLS company, Poczta Polska or InPost. We inform customers by e-mail about the shipment of each package, specifying the shipping number.

 

Opening a package at the supplier is only possible with a courier company. We kindly ask you to open the packages at the courier, because to advertise damage in transport you need a damage report signed with the courier. After sending the package, we are unable to inform the customer about the route. Any information about the shipment should be monitored on their own pages carriers .. 

 

After each shipment you receive from us information e-mail with the date of departure and the number of individual packages (necessary in case of contact with the carrier)
