Cast iron wok - you can use it on ordinary stoves or hobs
Cast iron dishes perfectly store heat, which means that our dishes come in a gradual and even way. They also have an excellent effect on our health. Thanks to the use of natural material, which is cast iron, we limit the amount of harmful substances that penetrate into food while using other dishes. An additional advantage is that during the preparation of dishes in cast iron dishes secrete small amounts of iron, an element necessary for our body. This is a definite benefit, especially for people struggling with anemia.
The black surface was obtained thanks to the unique process of firing cast iron in vegetable oil at a very high temperature. The surface has been additionally oxidized, which reduces susceptibility to rust. It is recommended to periodically preserve the pot by lubricating the entire surface with a thin layer of edible oil.
Cast iron products are not suitable for washing in dishwashers. They should be washed by hand and then wiped dry to avoid the appearance of rust.
