Detailed description:
The Simple set by GERLACH is made of stainless steel 18/10, which increases resistance to corrosion, high temperature, damage, and allows cleaning dishes in the dishwasher as well as using them in the oven (Attention! Temperatures above 180°C may cause discoloration).
Each element of the set is characterized by a perfectly flat inner surface that does not contain rivets.
A thick, three-layer bottom with a built-in aluminum disc with a uniform surface allows for even heat distribution, thus reducing cooking time and saving energy. A special bottom also gives the opportunity to use dishes on all heat sources, including induction cookers.
Dishes from the Simple line are equipped with matching tempered glass lids, which are distinguished by resistance to high temperatures. In addition, they tightly close the vessel, not allowing water with valuable nutrients to enter the outside. The lids also have a vent that reduces excess water vapor in the pots.
The perfectly profiled edge of the pot allows you to pour liquids so that the contents do not flow down the outer part of the vessel, and thus the top, the plate remains clean.
Large and comfortable steel handles ensure comfortable lifting and carrying of heavy dishes.
The pots have an inner measuring cup that makes it easy to measure the added ingredients.
The Simple line is subject to strict quality controls and is certified by the National Institute of Hygiene.
