The Messerschmitt BF 109 was the Luftwaffe's primary World War II fighter, the most widely produced in many versions. It was encountered on every German front in World War II. The E-3 version entered production in May 1939. Aircraft of this type took part in the Battle of Britain. The historical painting of the aircraft refers to the machine piloted by a 22-year-old non-commissioned officer Horst Perez, who as a result of probably engine failure had to make an emergency landing on a field in East Dean, Sussex. The pilot was taken prisoner and the design of the repaired aircraft was tested in the USA and Canada. The fighter can now be seen in a museum in the UK.

The Messerschmitt BF-109 E-3 is a completely new construction adapted to the scale of 1:32. The plane is even bigger and contains more details replicated with 333 COBI construction bricks. The plane has a movable propeller and ailerons. Its rotating wheels with rubber tyres can be extended from the chassis into the take-off or landing position. The pilot's cabin can be opened to seat the figure at the controls, which also has a print on the back! The plane has been covered with high-quality prints that will not wear off even during intensive play. Stickers have been completely dispensed with in this set. The prints reproduce the painting and equipment of the plane from the war period.

The set also includes a special stand that makes the display of the model more attractive and a plate with the name of the plane.

Assembling World War II fighters made of bricks is an interesting way of spending free time, which is becoming more and more popular among adults, children and young people. It is a relaxing passion which is an extension of interests connected with history, aviation and military technology.
