Wooden pads. Our product consists of two main elements: the top layer, i.e. carefully selected wood with a thickness of 3mm and the bottom made of graphite felt, with a high abrasion class. Protecting the bottom of the wood with 2mm thick felt allows you to perfectly protect the furniture against possible abrasions and scratches. The top wooden part was additionally decorated with a unique, original Bewood engraving in the form of geometric figures. All wooden elements have been protected with high-quality natural wax. The whole fits perfectly to create a high-class product with an interesting, unique design. The American walnut is found exclusively in the Midwest and Northeast of the USA and the Southeast of Canada. Commonly known worldwide as American walnut or black walnut. The American walnut is a fast-growing (annual growth up to 1.1 m) light- and space-loving tree that reaches a height of up to 25–30 m. The cylindrical trunk is usually regular, up to 15–18 m long and up to 1 m in diameter. Self-growing trees form huge, spherical crowns. American walnut wood, due to its decorative grain and noble, dark color, is used primarily for interior design elements, such as furniture, parquet or wall cladding. This wood also finds specific applications, such as building instruments, or making rifle butts or decorative buttons. Due to its characteristic color and interesting grain as well as excellent parameters, American walnut is an extremely valued species of utility wood. Oak (Quercus L.) is a genus of trees or, less frequently, tall shrubs, belonging to the beech family (Fagaceae Dumort). It includes about 200 species occurring mainly in the temperate zone of the northern hemisphere (including Poland) and in high areas of the tropical zone. Oaks are famous for their large size, they are the thickest Polish trees and their diameter can exceed even 3 meters with a height of up to 25-35 meters. Oak wood is relatively heavy and hard, thanks to which it is widely used in joinery and furniture. It is highly resistant to abrasion. Oak wood is yellow-brown in color, has a clearly marked structure, with knots characteristic of oak.
We make sure that all our wooden pads are unique. We make them from carefully selected wood, which we obtain in Poland and also search in the farthest corners of the world. The creation of each of our wooden pads is accompanied by a complex and time-consuming production process. We attach great importance to every, even the smallest aspect of the creation of our pads. A significant part of the production is done, which is slowly unheard of nowadays – manually. Grinding, polishing and precise threading of wood is the result of hard work of our hands.
