The task of the STUD TORCH-4M model is to permanently connect the dowels with the surface of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, titanium. The device allows you to perform welds in the range of M3 – M10. Thanks to the rapid discharge of capacitors, it makes 10 – 20 connectors per minute, and a small accumulation of heat means that they are free of deformations, burns and discoloration.
The presented welding gun has the function of adjusting the pressure level, allowing you to determine the depth of melting the pin into the metal. As a result, Stamos Germay equipment is useful against surfaces with a minimum thickness of up to 0.5 mm. It is therefore perfect for processing sheet metal, housings, mounting covers, insulation, etc.
When working with the STUD TORCH-4M, there is no need to use shielding gases or any additional accessories. The capacitor welding gun from Stamos Germany is equipped with a head with three pins. They provide stability and perpendicular dowel alignment. Cable length (4 m).
