In 1961, three prototypes of the Warsaw with a sedan body were constructed. Changes compared to the previous versions were limited to the rear part of the body and the roof structure. Two benches covered with imitation leather and fabric ensured high travel comfort, their upholstery was made of compressed sea grass and springs. From 1970, a four-speed fully synchronized manual gearbox was installed with a lever mounted in the floor. Models equipped in this way were mainly exported (the Colombian market). Initially, this model was marked with the number 203, but after a protest from Peugeot (it had reserved three-digit numbers with a zero in the middle for its car markings), the number was changed to 223.
