UW13B HMS is a bar designed for training on the upper and lower lift. It can be used for a whole range of exercises, for various muscle groups of the upper body parts, starting from small muscle groups, such as biceps and triceps, through the anterior and lateral acton of the deltoid muscles, to the widest muscles and the back extensor. The length of the bar and the spacing of the handle give the opportunity to practice on a narrow and wide handle. This results in effective training. The handles are set at an angle. Thanks to this, during each exercise, they engage alternative muscle attachments in relation to a simple grip. Rubberized handle allows for a secure and comfortable grip, which prevents the tool from slipping out of your hands. The handle is made of steel. This makes it possible to train with a significant load. Model UW13B HMS will help you easily and symmetrically expand your muscles.
