UW06 HMS is a triangular handle. Designed is the upper lift, where attached, is used to exercise the triceps muscle of the arm, or triceps. With proper grip and body position, you can also use it to train the abdominal muscles. The handle attached to the bottom lift is great for exercises that expand the biceps. Its triangular shape allows you to perform exercises at an alternative angle to the straight grip. This allows you to perform effective training and gives you the opportunity to fully develop the entire muscle and all its muscle heads. The rubberized handle provides a firm and comfortable grip. Thanks to this, we can focus on the exact execution of the exercises, without worrying about the fact that the handle will slip out of our hands. It is made of high quality steel, which gives the opportunity to train with a significant load. The UW06 HMS model will help to perfectly diversify and complement biceps and triceps training, as well as effectively develop muscles.
