UW04 HMS is a double handle designed for training on the upper and lower lift. It is used to exercise the back muscles, but it will also work well in exercises with half a barbell (the other half based on the parquet). The neck fits perfectly into the center of the handle, allowing the freedom to perform the practice of rowing with half of the barbell in the fall of the torso. The triangular structure of the handle is a guarantee of perfect hand position and forcing the correct movement during the exercise. The rubberized handle provides a firm grip and prevents the tool from slipping out of the hand, while requiring a stronger grip from us. Thanks to this, we also work on the development of the muscles of the forearm. The not very wide spacing of the handle makes it easier to maintain the correct path, i.e. leading the elbows close to the torso. Made of high quality steel allows you to train with a significant load. The UW04 model will help to easily and effectively develop the muscles of the back, which according to some are the most important for our muscular system.
