UW01 HMS is a single handle, designed for training on the upper or lower lift. It can be used for a whole range of exercises for different muscle groups of the upper body, starting from small groups like biceps and triceps, before the deltoid muscles, up to the back and chest. The rubberized handle allows a firm and comfortable grip. Thanks to this, we can focus on the exact execution of the exercise, without worrying that the handle may slip out of our hands.
