Universal 3D dial gauge
Design: precise, universal 3D dial gauge for mounting on the spindle of a milling machine or head. Tool-free replacement of measuring tips. Additional confidence is provided by the enlarged stroke combined with a reliable zone of controlled cracks in the sensor tip. To simplify operation, the universal 3D sensor is available with an integrated non-self-locking cone. The non-self-locking cone (DIN 69871, SK 40) and the universal 3D dial indicator form a single unit.
Application: for determination of component zero points and length measurement on milling machines and machine tools for electrospark processing (insulated sensor tip) and for centering and centering of holes and shafts.
Scope of delivery: 3D dial gauge and shorter sensor tip with a diameter of 4 mm.
