UCG01 HMS is a griffin holder. With its use, we can perform exercises with the so-called half of the barbell. In this way, we will perfectly complement the classic training. We can easily perform rowing, shoulder squeezing, as well as many other exercises for each muscle group. Vertical and horizontal joint allows for any movement in any direction. UCG01 attaches to the floor with four screws, making it very stable. Its shape allows it to be perfectly placed in the corner of the room. The handle can be used for an Olympic neck with a sleeve diameter of 50 mm or for a neck with a diameter of 28 mm.
