Thanks to the IEEE 802.11n standard, the card supports data transmission rates up to 300Mbps at 2.4GHz. The IEEE 802.11ac standard allows speeds of up to 867Mbps at 5GHz. This ensures very high work efficiency, enabling fast downloads from the network, seamless video calls over the Internet, smooth HD video streaming and VoIP calls.
Safety and security
The card supports both WEP and WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK encryption standards. This enables advanced network protection and complete protection against threats and attacks from outside the network. It also allows you to connect securely to your network with Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS). Products with WPS functionality are easier to configure and simplify the selection of appropriate security in the local network. To use WPS, both devices must be WPS compatible.
USB 3.0
Devices compliant with the new specification can operate at a speed of 5 Gbit/s (640 MB/s). The actual data link bandwidth is 4 Gbit/s, which with 8b/10b encoding allows for a transfer rate of 400 MB/s. In addition to the standard cables (for downward compatibility with USB 2.0 and 1.1), the standard uses two additional shielded pairs of full-duplex cables for fast transfers.
