STILTS FOR CHILDREN BUCKET CLOGS IN A BOX

The ability to maintain balance is very important in the life of every person, especially the youngest.

Stilts were known in the world several thousand years ago. They were invented to be a little higher. They were used, for example, to pass through streams with a dry foot. The Chinese used them in performances, where they danced on them, playing mythical characters. Stilts could be found in Africa or in Mayan times. In ancient Rome, they were used by street dancers, and in France in swampy areas by shepherds.

The art of maintaining balance on stilts / clogs is a challenge for a small child, which our child should cope with without a problem. This game trains hand-eye coordination and the ability to maintain balance.

The child has the opportunity to freely put his foot in them and at each step he comes into contact with the ground in a fairly stable way. In addition, the joy makes the baby a bit higher than the ground.

He still engages his hands to move. Each stilt has a string attached that allows you to lift it up together with the foot with each step. Thanks to this simple activity, playing on stilts trains not only the legs and sense of balance, but also the hands and motor coordination.

The fun can be diversified by positive additional elements. After determining the starting point and finish line, we allow the child to reach it in any way. We set the route, with turns, laps, then we add small obstacles to this route, which the child will pass by raising his legs higher with stilts.

Stilts can be used to actively spend time outdoors, but you can also play with them at home.
