The flat wire staples and narrow crown have been specially designed for fastening low-voltage cables up to 50 V, such as telephone, speaker or computer cables. They are suitable for securing cables up to 6 mm in diameter. The divergent ends of the DP staple legs cause the legs to branch in when hammering, which increases the efficiency of the joint.
