Precision holder for collets CENTRO P 3 μm, DIN 69871, shape AD/B
Design: constant radial run-out tolerance and repeatability accuracy of 0.003 mm at 3 x D pitch (max. 50 mm) in combination with FAHRION GERC-HP/HPD/HPDD precision collet (2 μm) and collets for GERC-GBD taps. Fastening with a secure roller wrench. Up to 100% higher clamping torques than standard collet holders. Insensitive to temperature fluctuations. Excellent vibration damping and stability.
Application: for HSC and HPC machining and when very precise machining results are needed. For clamping cylindrical shank tools according to DIN 1835 B, 1835 E, 6535 B and 6535 E.
