The 7x GN 1/1 blast cooler is a device used for quick cooling or freezing of prepared dishes. The process of rapid cooling allows to reduce the temperature of the prepared food to a safe value of +3C in a sufficiently short time, in accordance with HACCP standards. The appropriate cooling rate allows to reduce the rapid multiplication of bacteria in the hazardous temperature range from +65C to +10C. Thanks to the rapid cooling of food, it retains quality, color and smell and extends the shelf life.
