Material: heat treated steel 0,35-0,45 % C.
Application: for the production of nuts with non-standardized thread.
Note: heat treatment to achieve strength class 10 according to 22-32 HRC. Curing: 880 °C – 45 minutes. Hardening in oil at 75 °C. Tempering: 550 °C – 2 hours.
