iBird® Pro Cordless Riveting Tool

Implementation: connection to the iBird® app via WiFi or Bluetooth in a very simple way via QR code. Connect to up to 3 smartphones, tablets or PCs at the same time. The iBird® Pro app shows battery status, odometer status, special events such as the fill level of the container for collecting used rivet stems, a fault message, maintenance instructions, and history, among other things. Signal ring (Andon) for visualization of riveting processes / messages, colors individually adjustable via app. The broken rivet pins are removed by tilting backwards into the container or forward through the cap. The balance of the center of gravity and the shape of the handle allow you to work effortlessly.

Application: for one-sided closed rivets from Ø 4.8 mm steel to Ø 6.4 mm from all materials, up to Ø 8 mm from aluminum, except G-Bulb with Ø 6.4 mm. BULB-TITE® one-sided closed rivets up to Ø 7.7 mm in all materials. MEGA GRIPR one-sided closed rivets up to Ø 6.4 mm in all materials.

Note: The Premium software is available separately and also includes a rivet deposition process assistant. Here you can add riveting configuration, to-do lists for different configurations, and evaluation of the rivet deposition process. Connection to the network offers many additional benefits, such as control of the riveting process, safe processing, status and service information indication, and quick and easy access to operation, maintenance and repair manuals. All this leads to the optimization of the value chain.
