Ring cutter
Application: with the GFS ring cutter can be cut both in sheets with a thickness of up to 5 mm and in plastics, sealing materials, etc. up to about 30 mm thick. Thanks to special knives, it is also possible to cut in thicker materials. With the help of an adjustable clamping mechanism, different diameters can be set without problems. For cutting holes in metal sheets, composite materials and plastics. Lossless cutting in flexible materials is performed with suitable knives (HSS-E and HSS-E with TiN coating, with soldered cemented carbides).
For holes from 30 mm to 200 mm. The knives are fixed in a special steel holder. Tools with cylindrical shank or MK2 shank are designed for metalworking only up to a maximum diameter of 120 mm.

1 HSS knife no. 422 for continuous sheet metal cutting.
