Regulator (BEC) 12A (temporarily 18A) to power the receiver and servos in the RC model. Especially recommended for:
- models with electric drive based on opto type regulator (without BEC)
- models of gliders or combustion aircraft in which the Ni-xx package consisting of 4 or 5 cells is replaced by a li-po package of 7.4V
- electric models in which the speed controller has too weak BEC (the model has a lot of servos or high power servos)
Thanks to the use of a modern electronic system and a ferrite ring on the power output cable, the risk of interference is minimized.
The ZTW UBEC 12A controller connected to the power supply (drive) package with a voltage of 7-60V reduces and stabilizes the voltage at the level of 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 7.0 or 8.0V (to be selected using a microswitch), which can be used to power the receiver, servos, gyroscope, etc. when we do not have a BEC and we do not want an additional 4.8V luv 6V package and when the BEC integrated (built-in) with the speed controller is too weak to handle a larger number of servos and other components.
For combustion models, it can be used as a voltage reducer when using li-ion or li-pol 2S packages. An obvious advantage is the large capacity of such a package and low weight (li-pol).
LEDs indicate the currently selected output voltage.
