Poynting Wideband Omni-directional Antenna OMNI-493
The OMNI-493 is an ultra-wideband, high-performance omnidirectional antenna that covers today's 4G/LTE operating frequencies and future 5G with excellent balanced gain on all frequencies. The antenna's ultra-wideband performance allows operation in the range from 617 to 3800 MHz, with a peak gain of 9 dBi. The antenna is future-proof as it covers the upcoming LTE 71 band (617 to 698 MHz band), as well as the CBRS 3400 to 3800 MHz band, which will be used in future 5G applications. Thanks to this, the antenna can be used in all parts of the world and guarantees signal reception almost anywhere. The design of the antenna allows for excellent pattern control over the entire frequency range, making the OMNI-493 a truly high-performance omnidirectional antenna, suitable for marine and coastal applications. Exceptional broadband performance is an important factor for LTE and future 5G technologies, where these technologies rely on features such as Carrier Aggregation (CA) to ensure the best possible reception and throughput across multiple frequency bands simultaneously.

VSWR is a measure of how efficiently radio frequency power is transmitted from a power source through a transmission line to a load. An ideal system transmits 100% of the energy, which corresponds to a 1:1 VSWR. The OMNI-493 delivers excellent performance on all bands with a VSWR of 2.5:1 or better on more than 90% of the bands. + VSWR antennas measured with 2-meter cable with low losses
9 dBi is peak gain in all bands from 617-3800 MHz
- Gain @ 617 –960 MHz: 6dBi
