The GN1/1 catering container with a depth of 100 mm will be used in professional restaurants and catering companies. Thanks to the perforated bottom, the dish is ideal for steaming or draining meat.
Made of stainless steel affects the high resistance of the vessel to corrosion and damage. The material is easy to clean due to the smooth surface. In addition, steel does not react with food, which makes it safe for health
The container can be used in the temperature range from -20C to 300C. Thanks to this, it will work well when baking in ovens, heating in bain-marie and cooling in refrigerators. In addition, the edges of the vessel have been specially flattened for higher thermal efficiency.
The structure of the product has been additionally reinforced with grooves around the perimeter, which works well when stacking containers. Rounded corners and smooth edges prevent debris from depositing in crevices, making it easy to clean. The dish is dishwasher safe.
