Magnetic holder, round, with permanent magnets, RS
Design: fastening system using neodymium magnets with radial and star division of the plate. The magnet strength is infinitely adjustable. Centering grooves make it easy to position the workpiece. In the middle you can drill a through hole (diameter C).
Adhesion force: approx. 140 N/cm2
Magnetic field height: approx. 10 mm
Abrasion of magnetic plate: 3 mm with a diameter of 130 mm, 7 mm above a diameter of 150 mm
Application: Extremely strong round chuck, specially designed for rings and turning at high rotational speeds.
Note: depth of drilled holes of the magnetic plate for new, unsanded or rolled round magnetic holders: up to a diameter of 400 mm = 16 mm, above a diameter of 500-600 = 26 mm.
