Design: double magnetic mounting system using neodymium magnets, with steel body. Processing of the top plate without adversely affecting its operation is possible up to a depth of 6 mm. The mounting plate is activated by a removable hexagonal activation lever.
Adhesion force: approx. 160 N/cm2
Magnetic field height: approx. 10 mm
Transverse polar graduation: 11+3mm
Application: for fixing workpieces in heavy machining, even on rough surfaces, good clamping forces can be achieved.
Note: workpieces larger than 30 x 15 x 6 mm can be clamped with the maximum achievable clamping force.
