Magnetic mounting plate, permanent magnet, PMNEO, palletizing
Design: double magnetic mounting system using neodymium magnets, with steel body. Processing of the top plate without adversely affecting its operation is possible up to a depth of 6 mm. The mounting plate is activated by a removable hexagonal activation lever. Optionally, magnetic strips can be mounted for lifting the workpiece. These elements can be lifted directly by extension, so that no additional pallet is required under the magnet.
Adhesion force: approx. 160 N/cm2
Magnetic field height: approx. 10 mm
Transverse polar graduation: 11+4mm
Application: for fixing workpieces in heavy machining, even on rough surfaces, good clamping forces can be achieved.
Note: workpieces larger than 30 x 15 x 6 mm can be clamped with the maximum achievable clamping force.
