Magnetic fixing block, with permanent magnets
Design: waterproof magnetic mounting block with neodymium magnets, with two opposite, independently switchable mounting surfaces. Sides of the head with M5 thread for fixing stops and positioners. Processing of the top plate without adversely affecting its operation is possible up to a depth of 3 mm.
Adhesion force: approx. 80 N/cm2
Magnetic field height: approx. 5 mm
Max. polar graduation: 1.5 + 0.5 mm
Application: for clamping smaller and medium-sized workpieces during grinding, measuring and EDM.
