Kapton tape is a self-adhesive protective tape resistant to high temperatures and chemicals to protect sensitive components (connectors, integrated circuits, sockets) when soldering on wave or hot air.
Ideal for servicing mobile phones, laptops and other mobile devices, where you need to protect adjacent components and systems from overheating or other damage when soldering with hot air.
The tape does not leave traces of glue after removal.
