FUNCTIONAL FEATURES:
PRAKTIK 220 LCD SYNERGY is an inverter welding machine for MMA welding with a direct current (DC) coated electrode and a TIG direct current (DC) with short-circuit arc ignition.
It allows welding with rutile, alkaline, stainless steel and cast iron electrodes.
Synergistically controlled, smooth regulation of welding current.
The small size and weight make the device perfect for both workshop and field work.
The easy-to-read LCD display allows for accurate adjustment of the device, ensures stable parameters and high welding quality.
SYNERGY MMA - By setting the welding current, the device suggests the correct diameter of the welding electrode and the thickness of the welded material to the selected current.
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the quiescent voltage of the idle state on the electrode to a safe value. Provides protection against electric shock when working in a humid environment.
The welding machine has functions that facilitate the process of MMA welding with a coated electrode:
ARC FORCE: short-circuit current regulation - makes it easy to transfer a drop of molten electrode to the welded material, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the electrode droplet comes into contact with the welding pool
HOT START: hot start adjustment - facilitates the ignition of the electrode by providing a larger welding current each ignition of the arc.
ANTI STICK: short-circuit - automatically turns off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, which makes it easier to tear off and prevents accidental formation of the welding arc
