The semi-automatic welding machine Powermat PM-IMG-210S-PRO has a very wide range of use. It enables efficient welding of various types of material groups in a wide range of material thicknesses. The IGBTs used have a beneficial effect on lower electricity consumption, greater resistance to interference and voltage drops, and good arc characteristics.
The control panel with the description of the functions in Polish is easy to use, and the operator has quick access to all functions. This has a positive effect on ergonomics and work efficiency in the plant.
The electronics of the device are based on IGBTs combining the advantages of two types of transistors, the ease of control of field-effect transistors and the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The welding current is very stable, which guarantees a perfect weld. Thanks to IGBT technology, the device is lighter and more economical in energy consumption.
Performance and capabilities
Thanks to the use of IGBT transistor technology, the efficiency of the device is up to 60%.
Wire feed fully automatic.
Built-in automatic functions for easy work
- HOT START , popularly known as a hot start, allows by temporarily increasing the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START works at the time of arc ignition and is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material. It is a great convenience when igniting the electrode.
- ANTI STICK cuts off/minimizes welding voltage and current in the event of a short circuit of the electrode with the welded material. ANTI STICK allows the welder to detach the electrode more easily.
- ARC FORCE stabilizes the arc regardless of its length. By reducing the values of the function, it gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of the melt, while increasing the values of the function causes deeper melting and the possibility of short arc welding. With the highest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to "press the electrode into a pool of molten metal and burn the material through. This model has an automatic ARC FORCE adjustment.
