Made of precision-balanced , from alloy steel for carburizing, core tensile strength approx. 950 N/mm2, hardening depth of at least 0.5 mm. Cone according to DIN 254. All functional surfaces after finishing , guaranteed quality thanks to double 100% control. With coolant outlet holes from the face to the cutters and for internal cooling.
Cone tolerance: AT3
Hardness after quenching: 60 –2 HRC
Application: for clamping milling heads and cutters with a transverse groove according to DIN 1880 and with a clamping diameter above 40, a chuck according to DIN 2079 possible (4 additional threaded holes).
Scope of delivery: holder for milling heads included with fixing screw.
