Gripper for pulling the rod out of the spindle – VDI chuck
General tip: VDI tool holders for CNC lathes made of heat-treated steel with a strength of min. 900 N/mm2, hardened to 56 ± 2 HRC and surface hardened min. 0.5 mm. In addition, all VDI tool holders are equipped with an h6 cylindrical shank with internal coolant supply and adjustable spherical nozzles.
The grip and the contact surface are hardened and ground, with a coolant supply hole.

Design: gripper for pulling the rod out of the spindle with flexible jaws rotating for fastening in a wide range. By turning the jaws, the clamping range can be further increased.
Application: for automating work on a lathe. The gripper quickly and easily pulls out the raw material for processing over a preset distance.
