SMOKING, STEAMING

If the product is used for steaming or smokehouse, use both parts of the grill compartment and the lid. In the lower bowl you need to put kindling, and on the grate of the bowl wood for smoking. Wood must not burn, but emit smoke, so it must be soaked beforehand or used with a finished product available commercially. If the wood is cut into too small pieces, they should be placed on aluminum foil or trays. On the upper hooks put a bowl and fill it with water, to which you can add herbs for aroma. The water in the upper bowl will prevent the food from drying out during smoking. On the bowl put a grate on which the steamed food will be placed.
