Absorber
A canopy works by drawing in air that is saturated with steam and odours and then returning it to the room after being filtered. If it is not possible to connect a canopy directly to the ventilation duct in your home, installing a canopy is a good alternative solution. An absorber draws air through a carbon filter which effectively absorbs odours and water vapour, and then directs the cleaned air back into the room. Absorbers are easy to install and are a convenient solution for flats in blocks of flats, where it is usually difficult to install chimney hoods that require connection to ventilation ducts. The carbon filter should be changed 1-2 times a year, depending on how often the canopy is used.
