FOODPOL-SERVICE pellet adhesive will reduce the total energy requirement for production. It glues the raw material reliably, which provides constantly granules of good low-dust consistency. The product is supplied in powder form, in a bag weighing 20 kg. The glue dissolves in the cold. It consists of modified wheat starch, has a color from white to cream. It is suitable for the production of heating pellets from sawdust, chips, wood chips and animal feed.
When producing pellets, you need to make sure that the raw material has the right humidity. The following values are recommended:
