Flux Gel is a thickened rosin flux of RMA class designed for SMT assembly and repairs. Flux Gel can be applied through a sieve, stencil or from a syringe. Activators used for the production of flux allow to leave its remnants after the soldering process on the package (unless the production process takes into account the washing phase)
