Made of: alloyed steel for carburizing, core tensile strength approx. 950 N/mm2, hardening depth of at least 0.5 mm. Low vibration tendency due to stiff grip. All functional surfaces after finishing , guaranteed quality thanks to dual 100% control.
Cone angle tolerance: AT3
Hardness after quenching: 58 –2 HRC
Application: for clamping cylindrical shank tools in Power Collet collets and collets according to ISO 15488. For high-speed machining and heavy machining. Increased machining efficiency due to higher speeds, feeds and greater depth of cut. Increased machining smoothness with vibration-free geometry ensures better surface quality and protects tool, spindle and machine.
Scope of delivery: holder for collet liners, complete with Power Collet locking nut.
