The up/down buttons allow you to easily adjust the ideal height. The current height of the ergonomic desk is shown on the display, which automatically darkens to reduce power consumption when the desk is stationary. The reminder alarm will allow you to maintain a "healthy balance" between standing and sitting while working. You can turn it on or off at any time.
