The slicer for cold cuts and cheese from the Profi Line Red Edition series by Hendi is a device designed for professional use. The housing is made of coated aluminum. It is also equipped with non-slip feet. The hardened stainless steel blade is positioned beveled for easy cutting. The powerful air-cooled engine is suitable for cutting hard meats. It has overheating protection , blade guard , built-in sharpener, cart with cover, pressing element and vertical lock. Cheese cutting possible with a knife with a non-stick coating - knife sold separately (not included).
