DC30 HMS is a rod connected with rubbers, thanks to which we will perform a whole range of exercises. Lightweight instrument, for versatile use. It can replace the thera band gum, with the difference that it will be more convenient to use. It will work in any type of training or rehabilitation. DC30 will be used to train both upper and lower muscle parts. It will find its application at every level of advancement of the practitioner. With its help, we will also perform exercises to increase mobility, range of motion in the joints and motor coordination. Exercises can be performed by putting rubbers on the feet and making movements with the bar, or vice versa, holding the bar with your legs and stretching the rubbers.
