Professional satiator of the German manufacturer MSW designed for accurate and final processing of elements with flat and convex shapes, for grinding, satining, brushing and polishing to a high gloss, e.g. stainless steel. The housing of the device is made of durable materials that guarantee trouble-free, long-term operation in difficult construction and workshop conditions.
A handle is mounted in the housing, which is located directly above the satin roller. Thanks to this, the grinder will provide the user with stability and safety and will enable trouble-free operation in virtually any position. A very powerful 900W motor was used to drive the satiator, which is coupled to a two-stage gearbox for high efficiency. Such a drive set also enables continuous, trouble-free operation.
The device is equipped with a 6-step speed control from 700 to 3000 RPM. This convenient solution means that there is no need to constantly control the pressure force on the switch of the device and grinding and polishing takes place at a constant rotational speed. Expansion rollers, grinding rollers, leaf grinding wheels, roller brushes and other accessories of various purposes can be mounted to the satiator, thanks to which the device is universal and can be used for finishing various materials such as steel, wood, plastic, stone, etc.
The device is adapted to shafts with a maximum diameter of 120 mm and a length of 100 mm. Grinding materials are mounted on a 19 mm M19 mandrel in a simple and fast way
