Material: corundum (A 24, A 46, A 60), fiber-reinforced synthetic resin binder, good abrasive properties and high durability. No added fillers containing iron, chlorine and sulfur compounds. With X-LOCK handle for convenient and quick tool changes.
Application: ideal for cutting sheet metal, profiles and solid material made of steel and stainless steel. Thin blade (1.0-1.9mm wide) for fast, comfortable burrless cutting, 2.4mm wide blade and 2.5mm wide for cutting.
Important tip for stainless steel processing.
When processing stainless steel , it is recommended to use tools that do not contain iron and sulfur compounds. Tools previously used for machining ordinary steel are not suitable for machining stainless steel. On the tool remain the remnants of ordinary steel. These residues damage any type of stainless steel alloy and can corrode the stainless steel workpiece. Even sparks generated during the processing of normal steel can destroy stainless steel alloys and corrode them.
