Method of use and curing time of the rubber base.
1. Apply a thin layer of base to the matted and degreased nail plate and cure 120s in UV/30s lamp in LED lamp.
2. Then apply a layer of hybrid color varnish and cure 120s in UV lamp / 30s in LED lamp.
3. Finish the application by applying a thin layer of top and cure 120s in UV lamp / 30s in LED lamp.
It has a dispersion layer.
