VDI CNC chuck
General tip: VDI tool holders for CNC lathes made of heat-treated steel with a strength of min. 900 N/mm2, hardened to 56 ± 2 HRC and surface hardened min. 0.5 mm. In addition, all VDI tool holders are equipped with an h6 cylindrical shank with internal coolant supply and adjustable spherical nozzles.
The grip and the contact surface are hardened and ground, with a coolant supply hole.

Design: with cylindrical shank and central coolant supply. Modular design. Fastening with a hexagonal wrench allows for a significant increase in clamping force compared to traditional chucks.
