Design: The advantage of quick-change ideals is their unlimited versatility. They allow much faster tool changes than quadruple steel chucks and guarantee repeatability of less than 0.01 mm for many years. The ground teeth in the central part and in the interchangeable chucks allow 40 different clamping positions. Any number of tool cassettes with drills and cutters can be mounted successively on the steel head of the chuck.
Application: quick-change lathes are designed for use in both standard lathes and CNC lathes with manual tool change.
