U Series
These compact binoculars with an inverted porro prism have a durable two-axis construction with the possibility of adjusting the pupil spacing (IPD). Aspherical lenses and the applied technology of multilayer coating of optical elements improve light transmission.

Multilayer coating technology

BaK4 prism
Thanks to the unique refractive index, the glass prism BaK4, which is found in all PENTAX Sport Optics binoculars, ensures a clear field of view also at the edges.

Aspherical optical elements
Excellent sharpness right down to the edge is a key element of comfortable observation. To guarantee this, our binoculars use a specially designed lens shape that reduces aberration to a minimum.
