Manual reamer, adjustable
Design: right-handed, with interchangeable HSS blades, according to the factory standard, cylindrical shank with a quadrangular carrier. The uneven pitch between the blades ensures accurate holes, without notches. The reamer can be infinitely adjustable within a defined range. Adjustments shall be made by means of a check. Uncoated surface.
Application: designed in particular for repair work. Only for reaming through holes. Not suitable for blind holes due to the face screw. For steels with a strength of up to 500 N/mm2, e.g. for ordinary structural steels, steel materials with a strength of up to 900 N/mm2 such as free-cutting steels, heat conditioning steels, tool steels, cast iron and non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, brass, copper and bronze.
