4711 is a classic among colognes. The legendary fragrance was created by Wilhemel Mulhens in 1792 based on the recipe of Farina cologne. It owes its name to the place where it was created, the Glockengasse 4711 manufactory. 4711 cologne is also one of two colognes composed according to a traditional recipe. Its fragrance is light, refreshing and versatile. It brings pleasant relief on hot summer days and envelops during autumn evenings.
